Our 6th annual Mothers Matter 5K on 
October 16th, 2016 was simply spectacular! It was truly a glorious day for the more than 450 participants and volunteers who enjoyed the beautiful weather, Scenic Park setting, and on-going festivities.
There was something for everyone: A challenging USATF Certified, chip-timed course for serious runners, and a perfect setting for a brisk or leisurely walk for non-runners. The day began with a patriotic tribute to America led by the Gloucester County Police Academy Recruits Classes #29 and #49 and our own Junior Mothers Matter volunteer Bridget Costello singing the National Anthem.
The day’s festivities included face painting, the CB Kids photo booth to memorialize the day, entertainment by radio station 101.1 More FM Philadelphia and our awesome DJ – DJ1TD.
