Our annual Mothers Matter 5K Run & Walk has a new look this year. And it’s really exciting!

  • It’s Virtual ! This means that you can choose your own location and date/time anytime between October 10th and October 20th.   Runners select their own 5K course and submit times and here’s the great news for Walkers – you choose your own distance! Set your goal and go for it !
  • It’s a glorious Milestone celebration of our 10th annual 5K Run & Walk and our amazing 20th year of helping women in need – truly amazing and exciting achievements for our dedicated volunteers, steadfast supporters and all those with whom we share the joy of making a real difference in the lives of more than 50,000 women and their families.

However, we suggest registering early to guarantee a MILESTONE Commemorative T-Shirt

REGISTRATION FEES AND SWAG

Runners – $25

Runners receive a printable E-Bib, finishers medal and commemorative MILESTONE T-Shirt. ( Finishers Medal and T-Shirt guaranteed to the first 150 registrants). MILESTONE Commemorative T-Shirts will be available for pick-up at Mothers Matter Headquarters in Sewell, NJ. ( Registrants will receive pick-up details) There is a $7.50 flat fee for mailing shirts.

Walkers – $20

Walkers receive a printable E-Bib, “I went the Distance” E-Certificate and commemorative MILESTONE T-Shirt. (T-Shirt guaranteed to the first 150 registrants). MILESTONE Commemorative T-Shirts will be available for pick-up at Mothers Matter Headquarters in Sewell.  (Registrants will receive pick-up details

Healthcare Workers “THANK YOU” Discount – $15 for either event

DETAILS

Runners: 

Choose your own 5K Course. Many runners use STRAVA or other apps for timing and pre-race fitness training.

After registering runners will receive a custom printable E-Bib. We encourage everyone to wear their bib, and MILESTONE shirt if they have it before the run – and please take a lot of photos to post on your social media and ours with our hashtags.

Walkers:

Choose your own location and your own distance.   It can be 1 block, 1 mile – 10 miles. Set you goal and go for it!   And please let us know how you do.   You will receive a special “Goes the Distance” E-Certificate to recognize your achievement!

After registering, all walkers will receive a printable E-Bib.   We encourage everyone to wear their bib, and MILESTONE shirt if they have it before the run – and please take a lot of photos to post on your social media and ours with our hashtags.
