On Wednesday, March 17th, Mothers Matter was honored to welcome members of the Audubon High School Interact Club. It was a great day for the 15 students and two teachers who were having such a good time they decided to extend their visit so they could get more work done.
In addition to organizing the Make-Up, Comfort Room and general sorting work, they assembled 125 beautiful Mother’s Day gift bags.
“It was truly a wonderful day,” said LRAF founder Susan Rose. “ These young men and women were a pleasure to work with – they were delightful, respectful and each one was there to get the job done – to help make a difference. And they did !”
