A trunkful of love from Mothers Matter to Fox Chase Cancer Center
Fox Chase Director of Donor Events, Jamie Roche, is picking up Mothers Matter “Comfort” Gift Bags for women undergoing chemotherapy at Fox Chase Cancer Center.
The Lauren Rose Albert Foundation’s Mothers Matter program has been providing special gift bags for cancer patients since 2012. “Comfort” gift bags for chemotherapy and surgical patients are filled with products reflecting medical needs as well as comforting items such as a handmade soft pillow and warm/fuzzy socks. Women undergoing radiation therapy receive a Spa type gift bag with items that regenerate, refresh and relax. Want to help fill our Mothers Matter gift bags?
